About the Role

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to join our team at Howard Solomon Residential Care. As a PCA, you will support residents to live with dignity, independence, and purpose by providing personal care, companionship, and meaningful engagement.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide personal care and assistance with daily living in line with care plans.
  • Support residents’ wellbeing through social engagement and meaningful activities.
  • Contribute to a safe, respectful, and supportive environment.
  • Observe and report changes in residents’ health and wellbeing.
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to deliver high-quality services.

What we're looking for:

If you are a proactive and enthusiastic professional looking to explore new opportunities, we want to hear from you. The ideal candidate will bring:

  • Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) or equivalent (essential).
  • Previous experience in aged care or a related caring role.
  • Compassion, empathy, and a genuine commitment to resident wellbeing.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
  • Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including nights and weekends.
  • Current National Police Clearance (essential).
  • Current First Aid Certificate (desirable).
