At Masonic Charity Outlet (MCO), we're redefining the charity shop experience. With a focus on quality recycled and donated products displayed in a modern, stylish environment, we offer customers an enjoyable and affordable shopping experience — all while giving back to the West Australian community.

We are now looking for a full-time Store Manager to lead one of our vibrant MCO stores and help us grow our impact.

About the Role

As Store Manager, you will:

  • Lead and inspire a team of staff and volunteers
  • Create an inviting, well-presented retail environment
  • Manage daily store operations including rostering, merchandising, and stock management
  • Provide welcoming customer service with a positive point of sale experience
  • Complete end-of-day cash-up, reconciliation and banking
  • Engage with the local community and promote MCO’s mission
  • Collect donations of goods and furniture and prepare for sale
  • Ensure compliance with policies, safety, and operational procedures

This is a full-time position, working Monday to Friday, 9:00 am – 4:30 pm.

About You

  • Previous retail experience (op-shop experience is a bonus, but not essential)
  • Great leadership and people management skills
  • Passion for customer service and community engagement
  • Highly organized with strong merchandising and sales skills
  • Able to create a welcoming and inclusive environment for staff, volunteers, and customers
  • Physically fit and capable, as the job does require safe lifting and moving of furniture
  • Valid driver's license
